Q2 Trade Show Certification Program

Overview:

This program will create a team of certified individuals within your company from cross functional departments that are trained on how to properly and effectively work in a trade show booth to demonstrate your solutions/offerings.

Objectives:

  • Build morale and teamwork
  • Create an incentive that can be used by other departments to reward individual contributors by allowing them to travel and participate in a trade show
  • Create a larger pool of individuals to work trade shows
  • Create a larger pool of individuals that can effectively demonstrate your solutions/offerings and communicate with prospective customers
  • Build cross-pollination across functional departments

Course Includes:

  1. Basic Training: presentation skill exercises such as eye contact; creating speaking awareness (i.e. umm; ohs; like; you knows); etc. This class will encompass booth etiquette, presentation skills and managing booth traffic.
  2. Basic Overview of Lead Management and Qualification: discussion on classification of leads used; how to qualify leads at the show.
  3. Product Primer: focus of this class is to allow attendees to address the question “What does [company] do;” attendees will be able to give a high level overview of the company, what the company offers, and what sets it apart.
